The summer season at Bratislava Airport, as every year, has brought an increase in the number of flights operated daily. Apart from charter traffic, we can also see an increased interest in regular flights to different destinations in the summer season.
On August 20, 2016, there was a day at the airport as everybody else. Regular flights alternated with charter, holidaymakers fled for their holidays, and staff gradually handled individual flights to advice in turn.
At 10:49 local time, Ryanair’s next line will be on the Bratislava airport runway, this time from the Beauvais-TillĂ© airport in Paris. This summer is somewhat interesting and unusual. Ryanair has deployed an interesting and unique aircraft from its fleet – the B737-800 bearing the “EI-DCL” registration in the special Boeing Dreamliner Livery. It is an aircraft manufactured in 2004 and delivered to the company on October 1, 2004, and is celebrated in a special Boeing Dreamliner coloration to celebrate the successful cooperation between US aircraft manufacturer Boeing and Irish airline Ryanair. Otherwise, the aircraft in the fleet does not differ from others. The cabin, as with other aircraft of this company, is in the Y189 configuration, that is 189 seats in the economy class.
Ryanair’s short turn-around time, however, does not allow us to take a closer look at these figures, and after 25 minutes on the ground, pilots are ready to roll back to Paris.
